"Undue influence" is a legal term of art that refers to excessive or
inappropriate manipulation of another person.  This Internet-based seminar
will introduce the concept of "undue influence" and show how this issue
helps create and perpetuate abusive situations.  Participants will learn
specific assessment techniques to analyze "undue influence" and
differentiate it from factors affecting competency/mental capacity.

II    History of research regarding manipulation tactics
