Your Workshop Proposal

(Reminder: We suggest you prepare your workshop title, keywords,

Proposals are encouraged which enhance the conference's priority on improved outcomes for victims and improved risk reduction under our theme: "Building Stronger Networks."

 

Workshop Title:

Provide a 100 word abstract of your workshop that we can use in our conference program

Provide a full workshop description (up to 500 words) clearly describing
a. the content of your proposed workshop,
b. your method of presentation, including technology to be used,
c. how you will involve participants,
d. the target audience,
e. what participants will gain (in knowledge, understanding and skills) from attending.

Provide brief (100 word) biographical sketches of the presenters*. Be sure to include:
Name, Academic Degree (if applicable), Job Title or Other Status (Volunteer, Advocate, Parent, Child, Student, Senior, Victim, etc), Key professional or life experiences and accomplishments that have a bearing on your role as a presenter at this conference. What you provide here will be used in the following ways:

• To qualify your workshop for continuing education credit for the various professionals who attend this conference.
• To assist your session moderator in introducing you to your audience.

Level of Workshop:
Basic (for attendees who want to gain basic information and skills in a new area)
Advanced (for attendees seeking to improve upon their existing skills and knowledge)
